The distribution network
Different distribution strategies and channels coexist synergistically within the system of Preca Brummel
Brums: the flag is carried through the franchise network, the mixed distribution, final stores, outlets and flagships. Distribution in foreign markets is being spreading.
Bimbus: the brand is distributed in Italy through the franchising network, direct stores and outlets. It is well distributed on the national territory, especially in big urban cities.
Mek: the brand is distributed through the multi-brand network.
The strategic choices made in recent years, the quality of products and the inestimable value of human capital, enabled the company to achieve significant results even in a period like the current one, always more characterized by global trouble.
More than 2000 multi-brand outlets across Italy.
Over 400 mono-brand stores including:
- 220 Brums
- 100 Bimbus
- 7 million garments produced annually
- 114 million euro turnover in 2009
- 370 employees across Italy
High quality numbers
To produce 7-8 million Preca Brummel garments a year, there are 7000-8000 people (in times of peak production become 12,000) working in the world. Selection is made by Italian engineers, supported by local technicians.

Once the product has been manufactured abroad, it is sent in Italy and then the finished product is sent to the operations centre in Origgio and Fiege. Here, each item is checked and verified then it is packaged for delivery. |
